Fostering Community Collaboration with Pasuquin LGU and 4th Marine “Makusug” Brigade
Our summer escapade commenced with a testament to the strength of community collaboration, thanks to the invaluable support of the Pasuquin Local Government Unit (LGU) and 4th Marine “Makusug” Brigade.
The heartbeat of our summer outing was undoubtedly the Summer Fun Race, where our employees divided into teams, each harboring the ambition to reach the ultimate destination, the enchanting Ar-Aro in Dumalneg. Drawing inspiration from the renowned TV show, “The Amazing Race,” our teams confronted an array of pit stops along the journey, each presenting distinctive challenges and opportunities for teamwork.
A remarkable highlight was our collaboration with the 4th Marine “Makusug” Brigade Camp. Here, our teams confronted thrilling obstacle courses that tested their cooperation and determination. Beyond that, we had the privilege of participating in a meaningful project. Side by side with the Marines, we contributed to the creation of ceremonial hollow blocks, destined to play a vital role in the construction of their headquarters. This shared purpose forged a powerful bond and a lasting impact on all participants.
The Grand Arrival in Ar-Aro: A Paradise Rediscovered
After overcoming a myriad of challenges and navigating the maze of pit stops, our teams finally reached the serene and captivating destination of Ar-Aro in Dumalneg. Nestled amidst the natural beauty of the Philippines, this picturesque location served as a perfect backdrop for our well-earned celebration.
A Feast of Mirth and Merriment
The Management Team of Avion BPO orchestrated a sumptuous lunch, marking the pinnacle of our adventure. Laughter, shared anecdotes, and the sense of triumph that comes from confronting challenges as a united team filled the air.
